An international meeting on the STEPCARE biobank was held in Lund 2023-09-12. Participants from UK, Ireland, Luxembourg and Sweden discussed future collaborations and strategies to enable qualitative research to better understand the biochemical signs of brain damage after cardiac arrest. Impressive research regarding neuroprognostication and phenotypes within the cardiac arrest population was presented.
